What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping info before checking out! if you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at spaceteelover@gmail.com. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we may be able to update it. 

Once an order is in producction or has shipped, we're unable to change the address or issue a refund. Space Luve is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all Space Luve products are made to order, we're only able to make changes or cancel an order within 1-2 hours of purcase. After that, production may begin and changes can no longer be guaranteed. 

If you need to make a change, email us at spaceteelover@gmail.com as soon as possible - we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't entered production yet. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Each Space Luve case is maded to order just for you!

Production usually takes 2-5 business days.Once your order is printed and quality-checked, it's shipped out. 

Shipping times:

USA: 3-7 business days

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: delays may occur during holidays or hgh-demand periods.

What is your refund policy?

At Space Luve, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

That said, if your item arrives damages, misprinted, or defective, we'll be happy to replace it at no extra cost. Plese contact us within 25 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or finish preference. 
  • Claims must include photo proof of the damage or error.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
